At Earned Dirt, every item we create is made with grit and attention to detail. Because of this, our shipping timelines may vary depending on production volume, availability, and seasonality. We appreciate your patience and support.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All items are made-to-order or fulfilled in limited runs to maintain quality and authenticity.
Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.
During peak seasons, launches, or promotional drops, production may take up to 14 business days.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is produced, shipping typically takes:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if selected at checkout): 2–3 business days

Shipping timeframes are in addition to the production window and may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised when available.

4. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Inventory supply chain issues
- High-volume periods (e.g., holiday drops or launches)

6. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Earned Dirt is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
